The Neopro Dog Collar in Matcha is a waterproof, all-weather dog collar with a durable, waterproof-coated webbing that seals the polyester from moisture, sand, and dirt.

Wipe it down or rinse it off after beach days, muddy trails, or wet walks. Unlike most dog collars that absorb water and develop odor over time, the Neopro dries instantly and stays fresh.

Fully adjustable to fit your dog's neck, with a 4-point locking buckle for secure closure. The soft material sits gently against your dog's coat without rubbing.

Can I wash the collars?

Yes, simply hand wash the collars with mild dish soap and water, then air dry. We suggest using the soft side of a sponge to wash the collars.

Are the D-rings on Neopro items made of plastic?

The D-rings are metal with a plastic covering to help deter rust.

Will the XS size be restocked?

No, unfortunately this size has been phased out for the Neopro collection.

Is this collar safe to walk my dog?

Yes, the buckle has a 4-point locking system to help prevent the collar from detaching during use. All d-rings are made of strong stainless steel (including Neopro) which keeps your leash securely attached.

Can I attach the Zee.Dog ID tag to this collar?

No, the ID tags are not compatible with the Neopro collection.

What does the Neopro material feel like? Will it soften over time?

The Neopro material is soft on the hands. It is flexible, but you may notice some stiffness at first. With regular use, the material will soften over time. Minor folds from packaging may also be visible initially and will lessen with use.

Does the added material on the Neopro items make them chew-resistant?

No—while the Neopro items have a coating added to the webbing, it is not chew-resistant.

Can the Neopro items be used in water?

Yes, the leash can be used in water. However, if the outer coating becomes damaged, water may seep into the inner material, which can cause bubbling over time.

If used in salt water, we recommend rinsing the metal hardware thoroughly with fresh water afterward.
