Can I wash this leash?

Yes, simply hand wash with mild dish soap and water, then air dry. We suggest using the soft side of a sponge to scrub any areas.

Will the 5ft length be restocked?

Unfortunately the 5ft length has been phased out and will no longer be restocked in any color.

Is there a difference in hook size between the 3ft and 5ft length?

No, the hook size is the same on both sizes.

Can I use this leash on my 10 lb dog?

You can, however the rubber piece near the end of the leash unfortunately weighs down the leash and it would be more appropriate for dogs over 20 lbs.

Why would I need a short leash?

A shorter leash provides more control. You may often find yourself wrapping your leash around your hand when your dog pulls. A shorter leash is much more convenient and often necessary for heavy pullers.
